Your tasks

You are the central interface to our external depot partners in Germany and Europe, ensuring that our quality and process standards are met. You negotiate contracts on an equal footing and build long-term successful partnerships. In short, you ensure that our operational backbone is strong and efficient. The following tasks are part of your responsibilities:

  • Partner Management & Contract Controlling:

    • Central point of contact for depot partners and strategic expansion of the network

    • Ensuring capacities (storage space, personnel, productivity), establishing and integrating new locations

    • Negotiation of framework agreements and service level agreements including comprehensive contract, documentation, and KPI management

  • Process Optimization & Troubleshooting:

    • Cross-location optimization and standardization of operational processes

    • Handling complaints (in cooperation with QM)

    • Proactive troubleshooting (e.g. in case of system failures, process or interface deviations) – from root cause analysis to immediate measures to sustainable solutions

  • Inventory Security & Partner Enablement:

    • Conducting product training (cleaning, sorting, repair of reusable load carriers)

    • Validation of inventory including difference analysis and ensuring demand-oriented stocking and material management (labels/stickers, repair needs) directly at the partners

  • Administration & System Integration:

    • Formal invoice verification and approval

    • Conceptual standardization of billing models

    • Ensuring smooth IT integration (SAM, document management)

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on business administration, supply chain management, etc. or completed vocational training with a commercial or logistical focus

  • You have professional experience in logistics, supplier management, operational partner management, or a similar role

  • You have a high willingness to travel (approx. 40%) within Germany and Europe, a Class B driver's license is mandatory

  • You are strong in negotiations, process-oriented, and have the ability to establish and expand partnerships on an equal footing

  • Your independent, structured way of working, initiative, and confident demeanor set you apart

  • You are proficient in MS Office, ERP system knowledge is advantageous

  • You have very good German and English language skills
